Orders are provided with a prepaid returns label. Goods that prove to be unsuitable may be returned within 14 days for refund or exchange, or notified of intention to return. They must be returned in the original condition (including the attached price tag) and packaging. This is in addition to your statutory rights. We are unable to accept returns on bespoke prescription orders and details provided are the customers responsibility to ensure accuracy. We cannot be held accountable for incorrect prescription submissions.
We reserve the right to not provide a prepaid returns label for accessories & spare parts. If incorrectly ordered, this is at our discretion if we feel a genuine mistake or misleading information has occurred to the customer so returns postage may need to be covered by the customer.
Whilst we offer free returns on your initial order we are not liable for any costs relating to returns of exchanges and you the customer are expected to cover the cost of this if wishing to return for refund or a further exchange.
