We have been made aware that Royal Mail processesing centre at Jubliee (london) is expereincing delays in processing many parcels (not just ours) due to very high volumes of parcels and staffing issues due to COVID since the 2nd UK lockdown. Following the reintroduction of the nation lockdown in England until Wednesday 2nd December we want to reassure you that our distribution warehouse remains open and orders from our website are continuing to be fulfilled as normal. Our delivery services remain fully operational but please expect the possibilty of slightly longer than expected delivery due to increased volumes of traffic through the networks. Royal Mail UK services - Whilst Royal Mail continue to operate we have been advised of some delays to their standard shipping services. This during a busier than usual period where some areas are operating on lower staff levels and where they are prioritising more urgent items such as supply to the health sector. We continue to ship on the standard tracked 48 service but please expect a slightly longer than usual delivery time. DHL Express - India have issued directions for a lockdown for an initial 3 week period. This affect Manufacturing facilities, shops, trains and public transport. All pickup and delivery services to India have therefore been suspended. Any change in this status will be updated as we are advised.
Our UK carrier partners are classed as providing an essential service that is key to the supply chain that enables necessary goods to be delivered and hence are granted key worker status. To date we expect to be able to continue to ship your orders.

During these uncertain times we are well aware that our customers may be unsure about placing orders. Therefore we have set up this COVID-19 updates page so you have all the information in one place to hopefully put your mind at ease.
Here are a few FAQ's that we have been asked;
Are we still able to place orders on bloceyewear.com?
Yes, currently we are operating and shipping orders to our normal timeframes as specified on the product page, with estimated delivery times on the product page's countdown timer.
Who are your couriers?
We are using Royal Mail for UK deliveries and DHL for International orders.
What shipping options do you offer?
UK deliveries with standard postage is FREE for ALL ORDERS and is expected to take 2-3 workings days. We are still offering UK Next Day Royal Mail but Royal Mail are not guaranteeing delivery before 1pm, these may be later in the day.
International Orders are delivered dependant on the destination and where there are no special restrictions in place are delivering to normal expected timeframes.
Are deliveries safe for those recipients self isolating or where territories are in lockdown?
Yes, all delivery companies are adopting new regulations to reduce contact between the delivery driver and the consignee. You will not be asked to sign a handheld unit and parcels will be left on a doorstep or in a safe place.
Are Royal Mail deliveries to the UK affected?
We have been advised that Royal Mail are continuing to deliver to normal time frames.
Are International transit times affected?
We have been advised that DHL continue to deliver to normal delivery zone transit times but it would be reasonable to anticipate extra time due to restrictions that might be in place and additional safety measures being implemented by couriers. We have been advised that there are delays in Spain, Italy, France and USA where special measures and restrictions are in place.
How do I return my order?
We are accepting returns under our normal 28 days returns policy (please notify us within 14 days and a further 14 days to send the item back) All items returned must be in an unused condition with any packaging in place and free hard cases returned where provided. Returns are via the Post Office using the free post returns label provided with your order (UK only).
