Since the United Kingdom left the European Union, from 1st January 2021 new import charges are in place. Here we have outlined these for all delivery territories.
When ordering from outside the United Kingdom please be sure to check your local taxes, duties and clearance fees as these may vary for individual countries and you may be liable to pay these local charges on delivery. Orders refused for taxes unpaid may be returned and your order refunded minus the carriage charges.
United Kingdom - All deliveries to UK mainland and non mainland territories (i.e. Isle of Man, Isle of Wight) are liable to continue to pay UK VAT.
Northern Ireland - In line with the implemented Northern Ireland protocal, no UK VAT charges are applicable in line with the agreement to align with EU cutsoms charges. However, there have been increases in carriage costs and these are reflected at the checkout with our courier rates now reflecting that of £10.95 rather than our previous UK free shipping.
Republic of Ireland - As with all EU countries you will not be charged UK VAT but may be liable to pay local customs import charges for your country. Please check with local authorities if unsure of these custom import charges. These will be payable to the courier prior to delivery but the receiver.
European Union countries - You will not be charged UK VAT but may be liable to pay local taxes and customs import processing charges for your country. Please check with local authorities if unsure of these custom import charges prior to ordering with us. These will be payable to the courier prior to delivery by the receiver.
Non EU European countries - You will not be charged UK VAT but may be liable to pay local taxes and customs import processing charges for your country. Please check with local authorities if unsure of these custom import charges prior to ordering with us. These will be payable to the courier prior to delivery by the receiver.
Rest of the World - As with pre-Brexit you will not be charged UK VAT but may be liable to pay local taxes and customs import processing charges for your country. Please check with local authorities if unsure of these custom import charges prior to ordering with us. These will be payable to the courier prior to delivery by the receiver.
