Customer service/administrator – full time 40 hours p/w.
An opportunity to work for one of the UK’s leading eyewear brands.
Office based near Guildford, Surrey. We require a person with a background in customer service or retail with good IT skills and willing to learn in a varied role.
The role will primarily involve handling customer service enquiries through telephone and email.
Other daily duties shall include;
- Website and retail order processing through our IT system and liaising with our logistics department to send these orders for dispatch.
- Handling of customer returns and refunds/exchanges
- Purchase order processing on to our system
- Some experience in email marketing is preferred to run newsletter/marketing campaigns, and knowledge of WordPress and Mail Chimp is an advantage but not essential as training can be given.
