Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier; browse the catalogue, select the items you wish to buy and click to place them into the shopping basket. Once you are happy with your selection, proceed to the 'Checkout' to complete your purchase. We accept all major credit, debit cards and PayPal payments.
Purchases made from outside the UK will be charged in sterling and converted to your own currency by your card company or bank at the prevailing exchange rate.
Shipping & Handling
UK Delivery - Orders are usually processed within 48 hours and despatched by 1st class registered post, however due to external factors, please allow 10 days for delivery.
Any item that is out of stock will be despatched as soon as possible. We will contact you to advise you of any delay and give you the option of cancelling your order.
Next Day Delivery - For all delivery charges please go to Delivery.
UK Orders received before noon can be sent on our next day courier service. This is available for deliveries on weekdays only at an additional charge. Please see Delivery.
Rest of the World delivery - Orders are sent via 1st class International Special Delivery. Delivery times vary and we cannot guarantee any specified delivery period.
In the rare event that the item you ordered is not available after your order, we will advise you.
All product prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.
Credit Card Security
BLOC Systems Ltd takes security very seriously and uses 'Sagepay', a secure payment processing site that utilises the most sophisticated online encryption system and firewall protection for processing data.
'Sagepay' processes all transactions and receipt of payment is advised to us, but no financial information is forwarded to, or held by us.
Bloc guarantees all genuine Bloc products against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase from an authorised Bloc Dealer, this must clearly show the purchase date and item. Scratched lenses are not covered under Bloc's warranty policy.
Please return your faulty goods with the dated proof of purchase for warranty at the address given below. If you have any questions please give us a call.
The Dated & Itemised proof of purchase is necessary to:
- Confirm the date of purchase for the warranty term.
- Confirm you purchased from a Bloc Authorised Dealer
Unfortunately, without proof of purchase the warranty is not valid. But, we will have other after-sales options, so please get in touch and we can help.

We retain your personal details for our use only, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not pass any details to third parties.
A cookie will be placed on your computer to remember items placed in your shopping cart, to retain the delivery address and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' option.
Goods that prove to be unsuitable may be returned within 14 days for refund or exchange. They must be returned in the original condition (including the attached price tag) and packaging. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
We recommend that you use registered post to return items, for your own protection.
